Members and users that submit images, animations, tutorials, articles, etc. maintain all rights to their material, except the right to have them shown on our site (obviously, you grant us the right to have them on our server by submitting them....). We will not sell, barter, or give away any rights to any materials that you send us, and any inquiries regarding these can be forwarded to the individual who owns those rights to decide if they would like the material used elsewhere.

We do not have time to continually check each link that we provide to other sites on the Internet, and once leaving our site, we cannot be responsible for the content provided there. We do try to provide quality links, but this is the Internet after all, and it is in a constant state of flux. If you notice a link no longer functioning, please let us know, and we'll update our information.

CG Focus reserves the right to refuse any images, animations, and tutorials sent to us, without reason or cause.

Members may only submit their own work. Work which was done in a collaboration must have the approval sent to us by all parties who worked on the project or proper credit must be given to them with the image. If you are an artist of a particular piece of work or part of a piece of work that is shown on our website and it has been submitted without your approval and you do not want it there, please let us know and we will remove it immediately. Said member who uploaded the work in question will be warned and subsequent violations will be grounds for termination of their membership and removal of all of their submissions.

We certainly don't wish to offend our members, and if you find something that is offensive to you here, please let us know, and we'll do our best to look into the situation and resolve it as best we can. Our Webmaster welcomes these inquiries. The founders of CG Focus reserve the right to the final judgment in these situations.
