An Interview with Angel Nieves

Angel Nieves is a gifted artist, and one who has given back to the CG community on many occasions. He's also made himself into a household name. ...Or at least to those in the CG industry. The author of "Lightwave v9 Texturing" has a long history with the application, and has had his fingers in just about everything in the CG industry: from modeling, to texturing, to lighting, to games, to film and TV animation... to writing a book. ...Did I mention that already?

Having the opportunity to speak with Angel recently was a real privilege. Occasionally you get to meet a person and see their experiences through their eyes. And as a result walk away with a deeper understanding and respect of what others do, and how various opportunities can effect a person's life in a great and positive manner. Speaking with Angel was one of those occasions.
