SQ - Tell us about the color schemes, how do you go about choosing colors for a piece? I'm partial to very rich and bright color schemes simply because I like the way they look. I also enjoy working with muted, monochromatic schemes but honestly, it just depends on the subject matter and the impact I want the final image to have.

SQ - How long would you say it normally takes you to complete an art piece from beginning to end? Probably longer than it should! The time varies from project to project. If it's something I'm doing for myself, I'll really take my time but for commissioned work I try to knock it out as quickly as possible. I wish I could say that's always the case, but sometimes it's the pressure of approaching deadlines that put the fire under my ass to get things done on time.
