SQ – Where do you see yourself or where would you like to be in 5 years? Hopefully still doing what I enjoy. I'd also like to fall into more things outside of what I'm doing right now. I'm giving serious consideration to running a marathon and possibly doing some mountain climbing in the near future.

SQ – What advice would you give to others looking to get into the industry? I'd say know what it is you REALLY want to do and commit yourself to it wholeheartedly. Keep yourself challenged all the time and don't expect that the work you've done up to this point is enough to validate what you can and can't do. NETWORK as much as possible... you'll never know where the next opportunity will come from and introducing yourself to others in a sincere fashion will increase these opportunities. Beyond all else, DON'T give up on your dreams. There's plenty of disenchantment to go around and it's all too easy to make excuses for why it is you're not where you'd like to be. Remember, there's always going to be a balance of those who DO and those who DON'T. You have to decide what part of the scale you want to be on.
